WHO stops short of recognising sex addiction

Failure to control urges to have sex has been recognised as a medical disorder by the World Health Organisation. But it stopped short of classifying the illness in the same category as “addictive and substance use disorders,” as WHO recently did with gaming disorder. It’s calling it “compulsive sexual behavior disorder“.
