UK government will not block Scots drug room pilot

Further to our news of Scotland trialling a drug consumption room, Scottish secretary Alister Jack said Westminster would not intervene, but that there were no plans to devolve drugs laws to Holyrood. The SNP has politicised this as a devolution “big win” which could transform the whole UK, according to the Guardian.
