DSM-5-TR needs addiction considerations

I’ve been thinking a lot about the inadequacy of DSM-5-TR substance use disorder criteria to meet the person served. One reason is the increasing percentage of medical records I see that are check-listed, plus little else if anything at all, concerning the patient’s personal addiction illness.
