Wax pens: more use of high-concentration cannabis in high schools

Drug addiction specialists are warning parents about a new and strong cannabis drug available online that is increasing in popularity among Quebec high school students. “We’re talking about 97-99% of THC [in wax pens],” said drug prevention organization Action Toxicomanie.
