Government supports pubs

The BBC reported that it is “harder to run a pub” – but then revealed that the government said it is cutting the cost of licensing, extending business rates relief and cutting alcohol duty on draught pints. On top of this, it cites a landlady wanting a cut in national insurance contributions and reduced hospitality Vat.
