Legalisation harms 20 times greater than benefits

The projected health damage from cannabis legalisation in Germany is estimated to be almost 20 times greater than any health benefits, according to the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. The research is one of the 1st to quantify the trade off between health benefits and risks linked to legalisation.
