Scotland: No tobacco – Yes to crack

In a dystopian example of “You couldn’t make it up”, Scottish ministers are considering a change in the law banning smoking in public places to allow drug users to smoke crack cocaine in the controversial taxpayer-funded Thistle shoot-up galleries, the Guardian reported.
