Medical inquiry: reckless prescribing

Prescribing high quantities of drugs to patients with drug addiction by a family doctor was “reckless” and “off the charts” as well as increasing the risk that such drugs could be sold on the black market, a medical inquiry in Ireland heard. Dr Patricia Black was accused of professional misconduct due to this.
