Most Oregon voters want to reverse Measure 110

“Few think the old system, which often turned people sick with addiction into felons, was effective – but fewer think the new system is working.” When Oregon voters decriminalized drugs through Measure 110, the criminal justice system lost power to coerce people into treatment. Today, 63% of Oregonians want to bring back criminal penalties for drug possession.
