People with addiction don’t need MUP, they need help

It has been 5 years since the minimum pricing of alcohol was introduced in Scotland. Its government stated “Minimum pricing effectively targets those individuals whose drinking puts them most at risk of harm” – but Public Health Scotland concluded that MUP did not significantly reduce alcohol use among people who are alcohol addicted.
