Ireland: National Drugs Strategy Strategic action plan 2023-2024

Ireland’s strategic action plan 2023-2024 furthers implementation of the National Drugs Strategy. The 6 priorities are: Prevention of drug and alcohol use and associated harms; Access to/ delivery of drug and alcohol services; Develop integrated care pathways for high-risk drug users; Address social determinants; Alternatives to coercive sanctions for drug-related offences; Strengthen evidence-informed and outcomes-focused practice, services, policies and strategy implementation.
