UKHSA: “staggering” lack of governance, finance control

The UK Health Security Agency said it was working to address financial and management issues after a Commons watchdog accused it of a “completely staggering” lack of formal governance and poor controls over its finances. The Public Accounts Committee found that £3.3billion in the NHS Test and Trace inventory alone could not be accounted for.
