After addiction, people struggle to return to work

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission received over 200 opioid-related charges since 2019. It and Department of Justice issued guidance that the ADA prohibits discrimination against people in recovery from opioid use disorder who are not engaging in illegal drug use. But there is confusion about medication-assisted treatment.
