Decriminalisation of drugs is “elitist caprice masking abject failure”

The great “disease of the stupid” – the Scottish government’s latest contrivance to decriminalise all drugs for personal use by somehow bending the UK government to its will – is a caprice. Voters in districts disfigured by addiction know the real reasons their friends and relatives are dying and want to tackle the root causes.
