The SAMHSA Harm Reduction Framework is the 1st US document to comprehensively outline harm reduction and its role in the Department of Health and Human Services. It will inform SAMHSA’s harm reduction activities moving forward, as well as related policies, programs and practices. Submit your comments by 14 August.
