Legalization and fatal drug overdoses

New York University et al claimed that laws decriminalizing drug possession in Oregon and Washington were not did not significantly raise fatal drug overdose rates – but that contradicts a better study a few weeks ago (Spencer) as well as the CDC Wonder data. It also stopped looking at data as of March 2022 when overdoses went up.
