Oregon decriminalized hard drugs – it isn’t working

The majority of Oregon voters now want to undo a drug policy ‘reform’ as public drug use has become rampant, the Wall Street Journal reported. It was the 1st state to decriminalize all drugs but most people then openly smoking fentanyl or meth on the city’s streets refused treatment.
