More woes for drug maker Purdue

Purdue University reached a settlement with the federal government to pay back grant money it received via applications submitted with falsified data. Last December, the US Office of Research Integrity found one of its former assoc professors faked data in 2 published papers and almost 400 images across 16 grant applications.
