Oregon’s drug recriminalization bill sails through key committee

House Bill 4002 rolling back Oregon’s disastrous drug decriminalization law is moving forward in the Legislature, with support from lawmakers in both parties: a 10-2 vote last night. That bodes well for the bill’s chances in the full House of Representatives later this week.
