Non-cigarette tobacco smoking soared

There are about 5 times more people smoking non-cigarette tobacco in England now than there were a decade ago, according to University College London: from 151,200 exclusive non-cigarette tobacco users in 2013 to 772,800 in 2023. The greatest take-up was by 18-year-olds.
