Canada: opioid-related deaths 2019-2021

The drug toxicity crisis continues to accelerate across Canada. The Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute found that the country’s burden of premature opioid-related deaths doubled 2019-2021, disproportionately representing over 25% of deaths among younger adults.
