Ireland: drugs, alcohol updates

Ireland’s Health Research Board revealed that the country still ranks 3rd highest in the world for the number of pubs per head, even with a fall in the number of pubs (matched by a rise in off licenses). See also Drug abuse on public transport witnessed by 75% of drivers and staff.
