Australia: oxycodone prescribing

University of New South Wales analysed data from 800,000 patients on PBS medicines dispensed, Medicare claims, hospitalisations and emergency department visits 2014-2018. It found that those particularly at risk from oxycodone are the elderly and women rather than socioeconomic status.
