Cannabis and schizophrenia

Nicholas Fabiano MD points us to findings from a cohort study of 9.8million people published in @JAMAPsych which found that almost half of adolescent males with cannabis-induced psychosis develop a schizophrenia spectrum disorder within 3 years. He summarises the research.
