US daily marijuana use outpaces daily drinking

Daily and near-daily marijuana use is now more common than drinking alcohol (40% of users), a Carnegie Mellon University analysis of national survey data over 4 decades found – perhaps more as it was based on self reports. 2022 was the 1st time this level of marijuana use overtook high-frequency drinking, said the lead author.
