The FDA, the Justice Department, the US Postal Inspection Service and other agencies are forming a task force on illegal vapes. About 1,100 manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers are on its watch list and were sent warning letters for distributing or selling illegal tobacco products, the FDA announced.
