Investors clamber onto peer support

Marigold Health just raised $11million for peer-based addiction support, Stodzy reported – investors have put $55million into peer-support startups since February 2023. CMS rolled out a new code that defines the role of peers in Medicare, and federal health agencies also released national model standards for peer support certification.
