Johns Hopkins University et al shared Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine Analyte Concentrations in Urine Drug Testing Specimens -finding that, in 921, 931 unique urine samples 2013-2023, concentrations of fentanyl, methamphetamine and (lesser), cocaine increased while of heroin decreased.
