Alcohol and asthma risk

The University of Texas et al suggested that asthma was associated with higher risk for suggested alcohol dependence while current heaving drinking risk was not increased. The differences might be due to different perceptions or the timeframe of the assessments (current for drinking, lifetime for CAGE).
