Guidance on managing clusters of drug harms

Public Health Scotland published Guidance on the management of clusters of drug related harms. It offers a working definition and framework for risk management and response to an emergent incident in a local area. It also aims to identify and thus act on a cluster or incident before toxicological data is available.
