Alcohol Focus Scotland: Budget briefing

Ahead of the draft Scottish Budget today, Alcohol Focus Scotland published a briefing highlighting the scale of the “ongoing alcohol emergency”. It calls for increased investment in alcohol treatment and for a public health supplement on alcohol retailers to fund preventive interventions such as early identification of alcohol-related liver disease.
