Charter of Rights for people affected by substance use

The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland shared that the National Collaborative created a Charter Toolkit for “duty bearers” (bodies responsible for the design, delivery and monitoring of support services) and “rights-holders” (individuals affected by substance use).
