Substance Free Living prison wings

Earlier this month, the Ministry of Justice published research into drug testing and Incentivised Substance Free Living wings in 3 prisons. Conducted by RAND Europe, the findings were very mixed and reveal many challenges delivering effective drug free wings in the current prison estate. Russell Webster gives the highlights.
