Congress passes Bill to protect minors in rehab

Lawmakers passed legislation backed by Paris Hilton that is designed to stem the abuse of minors at rehabs and residential youth facilities. The Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act cleared the House yesterday by a vote of 373-33 and will now head to President Joe Biden’s desk.
