Drug-addicted rats – and evidence

The Houston Police Department, the Harris County District, attorney’s office, and the city of Houston are teaming up to change how evidence in criminal cases is stored and processed – after HPD discovered a rodent infestation in its evidence property room, with rats eating old marijuana.
