MAPS’ cannabis update fails to find effectiveness

Yesterday, MAPS submitted to the FDA the 2024 Cannabis Data Safety Update Report and a protocol amendment for PTSD patients. Even this vested-interest organisation “failed to find a significant group difference between smoked cannabis preparations containing High CBD, High THC, and THC/CBD against placebo cannabis” (p2).
