Alcohol use by veterinarians

Veterinary professionals are more likely to drink at risky levels compared to people in the general population – so the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ Mind Matters Initiative awarded a £15,000 grant to Oxford Brookes University to study alcohol use in the UK veterinary profession, the BBC reported.
