People’s Panel on reducing drug harm and deaths in Scotland

The Scottish government released People’s Panel on reducing drug harm and deaths in Scotland – and it is scathing about the government’s lack of implementation and funding. Top of its 19 recommendations is “The Human Rights Bill needs to be passed”. 100% support was given to “All services should be able to refer to each other”.
