Combat injury and illegal drug use in Armed Forces personnel

The King’s Centre for Military Health Research at King’s College London found that UK Armed Forces personnel who sustain serious physical combat injuries are more likely to report having used illegal drugs in the last year compared to non-injured colleagues – but suggest that leaving service could be a key factor.
