Blackburn with Darwen Council: addiction treatment contracts

Blackburn with Darwen Council has awarded a £243,246 a year set of contracts for residential drug and alcohol rehab (and £214,817 for detox). Its executive board chose 8 providers across 13 locations for the key service to wean residents off their addictions. The contract is for 4 years.
