Council suspends agent who solicited clients in addiction treatment

After entering into an undertaking with the Insurance Council of British Columbia in March 2022 that he was banned from soliciting or engaging in insurance activity with anyone in treatment of addiction services and those with less than 5 years of sobriety, Jonathan William Valetta breached that undertaking.
