Appointment letters for addiction treatment arriving “after they’re dead”

Speaking to Belfast Live after meeting First Minister Michelle O’Neill and deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly, the mother of an addict who overdosed said services in Northern Ireland are “not equipped to deal with the high levels of addiction“. She wants tougher sentencing but Northern Ireland’s top judge seemed to disagree.
