Cannabis: self-amputation of penis – kratom: ears

Thailand’s Chiang Mai University reported on a case of cannabis-induced psychosis leading to the user amputating his penis. Czechia institutions followed up with a user amputating both auricles and his penis, under the influence of cannabinoids, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine.
