US gambling firms fight protections to reduce addiction harms

Gambling firms have fanned out across the US, lobbying state capitals against consumer protections that experts say could help reduce addiction-related harms, according to the non-profit Campaign for Accountability report, shared with the Guardian which follows up the report.
