Royal Parks warning as users gear up for 420 cannabis ‘protest’ in Hyde Park

The Royal Parks warned that people planning to gather for the annual 420 cannabis protest in London’s Hyde Park could be liable for arrest. The Royal Parks, which takes care of Hyde Park, said the event does not have its permission and breaches its regulations. The Met also “have a policing plan for the day”.
