Impact of drug-related law enforcement on violence and homicide

Rand Europe’s report for the UK Home Office found that selective enforcement tactics seem the most promising to reduce violence: supply disruptions, focused deterrence and positive relationships between police and communities. Most research was from the Americas and “not directly replicable in a UK setting”.
