Rebecca Bodeker and Professor Randolph Grace of New Zealand’s University of Canterbury investigated how methamphetamine affects impulsivity in rats and posit that the findings are applicable to people and could improve treatments to reduce the high relapse rate of about 77% of methamphetamine users.
