Addiction in the workplace

According to new research from Bupa, over 1 in 3 workers used or witnessed addictive behaviours or substance use in working hours. And with over half of UK employees saying they’ve personally struggled with addiction, it’s clear the issue is more widespread than many employers realise, HR Grapevine highlights.
