Relapse prevention and alcohol related cirrhosis

Dr Christopher Oldroyd will deliver a seminar on 23 June: Optimising relapse prevention for patients with alcohol related cirrhosis: A national expert survey. Alcohol specific deaths are an at all-time high in the UK and 80% of these deaths are due to alcohol related liver disease. The study aimed to understand barriers and facilitators of abstinence in this setting.
