Does legislation to combat Michigan opioid crisis omit therapy?

There are on average 5 drug deaths each day in Michigan. So Senator Kevin Hertel introduced and Michigan state passed Senate Bills 397 and 399–405 aiming to expand access to support services, reduce overdoses and improve short- and long-term treatment outcomes. We could not see reference to psychosocial treatments.
